Milford's Newest Development, Aerie, will have 40 new homes built on the grounds of the South Milford Elementary, former home of the ‘Eagles’.  This collection is comprised of three distinct areas: The Views, consists of 20 traditional suburban-style single-family homes.  Several will sit high on the hillside and have an expansive view of the East Fork Little Miami river valley.
