My experience buying a market home under construction from Ashford was largely positive. David Sweeney, my project manager, was particularly kind, attentive, trustworthy and indeed kept his commitments to me long after the transaction was completed. A rare breed indeed. Michael Ward also blew me away with his kindness and responsiveness. The minor little misses that come with new construction are what they are. But working with people of integrity is priceless.
