Madeira packs a lot into a few square miles. The downtown stretch along Miami Road has kept its small-town feel, Madeira City Schools rank among the top districts in the state year after year, and Kenwood shopping and I-71 are only a few minutes out. Because the city is nearly built out, most new homes here start as teardowns, and that’s where we do some of our best work.
