New Construction on Hyde Park’s Historic Streets
Hyde Park has been Cincinnati’s signature east-side address for more than a century. The Square anchors the neighborhood with its fountain, restaurants, and seasonal events, and the surrounding streets are lined with homes from the early 1900s. Building new here means respecting all of that history. Our designs take their cues from the existing architecture while adding the efficiency, open layouts, and storage that older homes simply don’t have.
