Our 7-Step Building Process
Building your dream home should be as exciting as the day you move in. Our structured 7-step process ensures clear communication, complete transparency, and a smooth journey from blueprint to handover.
We will hold your chosen homesite for five days with a nominal, refundable escrow deposit. During this time, you will meet with your Sales Consultant to finalize details and sign the official Purchase Agreement.
Stay fully involved in the build. You will join your project superintendent for three milestone on-site meetings:
- Pre Construction: Reviewing site layout before excavation.
- Pre-Drywall: Inspecting internal framing, electrical, and plumbing.
- New Home Demonstration: Learning about your home’s systems before moving day.
Approximately 30 days before construction finishes, we will set your official closing date. We will meet to finalize the paperwork, complete the transaction, and hand over the keys to your new custom home.
Our commitment to your family continues long after moving day. To ensure your home settles perfectly, we include structured post-move-in care:
- 60-Day Review: Addressing any initial adjustments or questions.
- 12-Month Inspection: Reviewing and touching up natural drywall settling after a full cycle of Ohio seasons.
